Metal Fabrication Machinery Services

An LVD 4KW Laser Cutting Machine, which utilises lasers to offer a precise cut to your finished component. This piece of machinery offers exceptional accuracy, speed, and versatility, allowing us to make complex cuts into sheets of metal. Our machine contains two rotating beds, and can be used on a range of metals including mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium, with minimal thermal distortion. By utilising this laser cutting machine, we are able to turn around complex designs with minimal lead times, compared to other methods of manufacturing.
We also have two HRB Amada Press Brakes, allowing us to form bends with high speeds and accuracy. The machines are adaptable to customer-specific profiles and requirements, meaning that we are able to fold metal for a range of projects. We are able to provide complex folds, including return folds, hemmed edges, and more.
